Much of his early inspiration came from his older brother, Yitz, a competitive smoker whose skill and dedication earned him top placements year after year — including three consecutive years finishing in the top two, with two well-deserved victories. Under Yitz’s guidance, CA learned the foundations of the smoking process and developed a deep appreciation for the craft.

Starting with a homemade smoker fashioned from a standard 18-inch Weber charcoal grill, CA spent years practicing, refining, and perfecting his technique. What began as a passion steadily evolved into something greater.
